Jobgether is seeking a Director of Mobile Games User Acquisition based in Italy to lead growth strategy for a portfolio of mobile games. You will own the UA roadmap, manage budgets and ROAS, and drive cross‐functional collaboration with creative, product, and data teams.

You will define channel strategies across Meta Ads and Google UAC, mentor a UA team, and scale acquisition initiatives to maximize long-term player value.
