About The Team You'll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Last Mile capacity planning: Creation of structured capacity plans on a 1-6 months time frame
Last Mile Risk Mitigation: Monitor actual capacity to identify capacity risks and propose risk mitigation approaches
Execution analysis: Analyze and understand gaps between plan and execution and work with relevant stakeholders to rectify gaps
System and Process Optimization: Implement continuous improvement processes to constantly improve the quality of our last mile capacity
Peak Planning: Create and coordinate the execution of peak capcity plans
