We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager – Interior Design & Architecture to lead our Design & Architecture Department and oversee the successful delivery of luxury projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage the Interior Design & Architecture Department.

· Coordinate and supervise architects, interior designers, consultants, and external specialists.

· Manage multiple luxury residential, hospitality, and yacht/naval interior projects simultaneously.

· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards.

· Plan, coordinate, and monitor all project phases, from design development to final execution.

· Maintain direct communication with clients, understanding their expectations and ensuring complete satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

· Organize and participate in client meetings, design presentations, and site inspections.

· Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

· Search for, evaluate, negotiate, and establish relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors in Italy and internationally.

· Prepare and review technical documentation, specifications, schedules, and project reports.

· Monitor project costs, procurement activities,



budgets, and timelines.

· Coordinate procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of materials and custom-made products.

· Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.

· Ensure compliance with quality standards, contractual requirements, and company procedures.

· Travel internationally to supervise projects, attend meetings, inspect production, and support project execution on site.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

· Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in luxury interior design, architecture, hospitality, residential, or yacht/naval projects.

· Demonstrated experience in coordinating project execution from concept through installation and final handover.

· Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing procurement processes.

· Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

· Willingness to travel frequently within Italy and internationally.

· Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.

· Knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to read architectural and technical drawings is required.

· Experience with project management software is considered an advantage.

Retribuzione: €2.000,00 - €3.000,00 al mese
