Specialista Senior / Project Manager In this role you lead technical and commercial aspects of projects across all phases, from concept to qualification, within the Biopharma & Life Sciences sector. You will integrate multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate stakeholders on national and international projects for complex manufacturing facilities. You drive scope, schedule, budget, and quality while navigating a fast-paced environment.

Your leadership and client management shape project success and delivery for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.

Lead interdisciplinary project teams and act as Project Team Leader Be primary client and stakeholder contact throughout projects Plan and monitor progress across all phases from CD to qualification Manage deliverables, timelines, budgets, and milestones Provide project reporting to clients and internal stakeholders Facilitate project reviews with clients, service providers, and suppliers Lead meetings on scheduling, costs, quality, risk,



and timelines Oversee scope and change management Oversee suppliers and subcontractors across all phases Coordinate internal and external approvals Coach and mentor project team members Ensure successful execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment 10+ years of overall professional experience 5+ years as a Project Manager in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Biotechnology Proven expertise in Biopharma & Life Sciences projects (Fill & Finish, Biotech, API, or related environments) Ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams Experience managing projects from concept design to commissioning and qualification Strong client management and stakeholder communication Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership with proactive, hands-on mentality PM certification (e.g., PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2) is an advantage Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) In this role you lead technical and commercial aspects of projects across all phases, from concept to qualification, within the Biopharma &a...;
