Overview Experteer Overview As Product Marketing & Growth Manager, you will drive launches of new features and scale Satispay across markets to boost user adoption and engagement. You'll lead B2B go-to-market plans, align cross-functional teams, and shape acquisition and retention programs. You'll continuously improve campaigns using data-driven insights in a fast-paced environment. This is a chance to shape growth for a leading financial platform and have measurable impact across markets.

Responsibilities Lead the creation and execution of B2B product marketing plans for new feature launches, aligned with business goals and user needs.

Coordinate with Product, CRM, RevOps, Performance, and Creative teams to define go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging.





Plan and roll out acquisition channels for target audiences and coordinate retention campaigns with CRM to improve retention.

Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and apply industry best practices for improvements.

Required Qualifications Strong product marketing experience in a dynamic environment; B2B product experience a plus.

Excellent project management and organizational skills with ability to lead multi-team initiatives.

Analytical and data-driven, using data to inform strategies and measure results.

Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced setting.

Fluency in Italian and English.
