As Staff MEMS Product Engineer in Milan, you lead development and productization of MEMS devices for automotive applications, driving validation and failure analysis across development to production launch. You will coordinate cross‐functional teams and manage test development, architecture characterization, and supplier interactions. Expect hands‐on troubleshooting and data‐driven quality improvements to bring new products to ultra‐high‐volume production.

- Maintain engineering requirements for sensors and collaborate with Marketing on datasheets
Responsibilities
- MS in EE/CS/Mechanical Engineering with 5–8 years of relevant experience or PhD with 3–6 years (preferred)
- At least 2 years of automotive sensor experience preferred
- Fundamental knowledge of MEMS inertial sensors (accelerometer, gyroscope) and MEMS fabrication processes
- Excellent programming skills (Python and/or Matlab); xlwpduy familiarity with C#, embedded programming, and signal processing preferred
- Strong data analysis and statistical analysis skills
- Hands‐on experience with analog debugging/characterization (spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes) and failure analysis
- Experience with semiconductor, mixed‐signal, and MEMS testing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
