Our Graduate Development

Program is a three-year journey designed for recent graduates who look beyond the obvious, challenge existing processes, and are driven to automate and reinvent the way things work. From day one, you join ION on a full‑time permanent contract , carry real accountability on live projects, and be paired with senior professionals who guide your development throughout the entire journey. Conducting user interviews, usability tests, and surveys to generate actionable insights Designing wireframes, prototypes,



and visual mockups aligned to brand standards and user expectations Collaborating with product managers, developers, and operations teams to deliver consistent end‑to‑end experiences Presenting solutions, gathering feedback, and iterating based on real‑world data Master's degree in Product Design, Service Design, Interaction Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field — obtained within the last year or currently in progress, with strong academic record Written and spoken English at B2 level or above Based in Italy or willing to relocate; non‑EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit Pursuant to Italian Law (L.Please apply only if you currently hold full legal right to work in Italy. #
