We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team as a maternity cover replacement and help us shape the future of our product.

? THE ROLE

You will work closely with our Product Manager and Engineering team to design intuitive, scalable, and end-to-end features for our SaaS platform.

We need someone who understands that great product design is the sweet spot between user needs, business goals, and crisp visual execution .

? Note: This is a core Product Design role for a web/app software platform - not a marketing web design or graphic design position.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- End-to-End Product Design: Take features from initial concept and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff.
- SaaS Workflows & Architecture: Map out complex user flows, dashboards, and permissions, simplifying heavy processes into clean interactions.
- Figma & Design Systems: Maintain, iterate,



and expand our UI design system to keep our product consistent and scalable.
- User-Centered Validation: Run quick usability tests and gather user feedback to validate design decisions with the PM before shipping.
- Dev Hand-off: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers to ensure specs are clear and design implementation is spot-on.

?️ WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer working on B2B or B2C SaaS platforms .
- Strong Figma Skills: Mastery of components, auto-layout, design systems, and high-fidelity prototyping.
- Product & Business Mindset: You understand SaaS fundamentals (onboarding retention, clarity of data, reduction of friction).
- Balanced Skillset: Ability to balance solid UX logic (flows, structure) with clean, modern UI visual design.
- Good Communication: Clear handoff skills and fluent in Italian and English.
