Join IQVIA's Lifecycle Safety team and lead a growing Pharmacovigilance function supporting pharmaceutical and biotech clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PV professional to combine people leadership, client partnership and operational oversight in a highly visible role.
What you'll do
Lead and develop a small Pharmacovigilance team, providing coaching, mentoring and day-to-day management
Ensure delivery of high-quality pharmacovigilance and medical information activities
Act as a key contact for clients and internal stakeholders across multiple projects
Support regulatory compliance and inspection readiness across PV processes
Oversee adverse event and safety case management activities
Contribute to quality management, process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
Support business growth through client relationship management and proposal activities
Deliver PV training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders
What we're looking for
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences or a related field
Significant experience in Pharmacovigilance within a CRO, pharmaceutical or healthcare environment
Previous people management experience
Strong knowledge of European pharmacovigilance regulations and processes
Experience managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to work independently,
prioritize effectively and lead teams in a dynamic environment

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is 53 200,00 € - 79 800,00 €. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or tempo parziale). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
