Working Location
Milan, on site Language Requirements This position requires fluency in both Italian and English Contract Full-time, €30.000 – €50.000 + potential equity plan, based experience and potential impact What You'll Do As a GTM Engineer, you'll work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to rethink how we grow. The role spans three areas. 1.
Growth as a product We treat growth as a product: scientific, testable, and fully trackable. You'll help bring that vision to life across our growth stack.
You will: Maintain and develop web assets across 5+ countries Build PLG tools and test new campaigns Set up signal and intent tracking across our database 2.
Lead Generation
You'll be a driver and enabler for our sales team: building internal tooling, finding new lead sources, and tracking new signals so our outbound and inbound reps are always supplied with high-quality leads.
You will:
Maintain and improve internal tooling and processes for outbound lead generation Propose and build new outreach solutions across channels and market segments Support the marketing team on performance tracking and experimental campaigns Build watch tower systems to track product qualified signals and behaviors 3.
Strategic Projects
You'll take on high-impact projects across the revenue organization, such as: Testing the market with new product offerings Driving AI adoption across our sales funnel Tech Stack You’ll work with a wide variety of tools, here a non exhaustive list: HubSpot PostHog n8n Meta/TikTok Business Managers AI development tools Anything you can build or that makes us go faster Who You Are This role is ideal if you are: Experienced in using technology to help sales organizations grow Comfortable with web development and AI tooling Structured in your thinking and organized in your work Effective at cross-departmental collaboration Premio points if you have: Experience at a fast-paced, VC-backed startup Experience in outbound demand generation What You'll Gain Ownership of systems that directly move revenue, not a standalone tool or automation, but real influence on how the business grows A close-up view of how a high-performing revenue org scales through technology rather than headcount Hands-on experience with how AI is reshaping modern sales Why This Role Matters GTM engineering sits at the center of how a company scales.
