Part of the Interparfums group founded in 1982, Interparfums USA develops, manufactures and distributes prestige perfumes and cosmetics as the exclusive worldwide licensee for Abercrombie & Fitch, Anna Sui, DKNY, Donna Karan, Graff, GUESS, Hollister, MCM, Oscar de la Renta, Roberto Cavalli, Salvatore Ferragamo and Ungaro. Through its global distribution network, the Company’s products are sold in over 120 countries. We are seeking an Operations Intern, supporting key activities across the Operations department, including planning, procurement, packaging and logistics, with a strong focus on data analysis, performance monitoring and reporting.

This role offers exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes and continuous improvement initiatives. This intern will report to the Director of Operations, based in Florence. Responsibilities:

Support data collection, validation and analysis

Monitor supplier performance, including delivery delays and service levels

Follow up with suppliers and internal stakeholders on open orders

Prepare monthly reporting dashboards (delays, service level, KPIs

Analyze operational KPIs (OOS, lead times, stock levels, forecast accuracy)

Support continuous improvement initiatives with data insights





Prepare presentations and summaries for management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Manage ERP Master Data and main transactions Who You Are:

Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields

University graduate (or near completion) in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain or similar

Strong analytical mindset and interest in data analysis

Precise, detail-oriented and structured

Proactive with problem-solving attitude

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Advanced Excel knowledge (Power BI is a plus)

Fluent in Italian and English What You Will Learn

End-to-end understanding of Operations and Supply Chain processes

Exposure to planning, procurement and logistics activities

Hands-on experience in KPI monitoring and reporting

Development of analytical and business decision skills
