YOUR CHALLENGES In this role as Office Manager, you'll be the central point of contact for the head office in Novara.

What does this mean specifically:

Autonomously managing this office in terms of staffing, personnel management, and profitability regarding the trips performed and the set targets or objectives

This includes several personnel-related responsibilities, such as granting leave, coaching and guiding employees to ensure efficient administrative execution of work, and analyzing the prices and profitability of the trucks deployed

Actively seeking additional capacity by establishing partnerships with potential partners, ranging from subcontractors to potential charters

Furthermore, existing relationships are further improved and optimized to vantaggi operations, such as actively visiting loading docks to minimize waiting times

Acting as SPOC for customers, growing volumes with them and investing in further development on other trade lanes or projects

Finally, achieving the further expansion and growth of the office by actively approaching the market to acquire new customers

YOUR TALENTS Several years of experience in the transport or freight sector

Management experience

Sales experience

Results-oriented with strong organizational skills

Numerically oriented,



analytical and communicative

Assertiveness, independence and flexibility are indispensable in this role

Market knowledge within Liquid Bulk and knowledge of, or experience with logistics and transport processes are an absolute must!

Excellent knowledge of MS Office
