Medical Office Assistant Position Type: Full-time, Permanent.

Location: WellFort Community Health Services, Four Corners Health Centre, 7205 Goreway Dr, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

Application Deadline: 07/31/2026.

Responsibilities Serve as an integral interdisciplinary team member, providing administrative and logistical support to multiple teams.

Ensure effective service delivery of all program components.

Support accessible program service delivery with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

Provide care delivery at any office site as program needs dictate.

Maintain consistent access to a vehicle for responsive care delivery at any care delivery location. Qualifications, Experience &

Skills Relevant knowledge and experience from graduation with a recognized college/university in Medical Office Administration or a related field.

Minimum of three years'

experience in a similar position,



preferably in the community health or social services sector.

Proficient in computer use and various software applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and electronic health records.

Previous experience working with interdisciplinary teams.

Sensitivity to and awareness of culturally, racially, economically, and socially diverse communities.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Ability to speak languages relevant to residents of the organization's community is an asset.

Previous experience in community health/social services and/or a value-based organization is an asset.
