Role : Marketing Specialist - Events and Exhibitions (Technology)

Location : Italy

Responsibilities:

- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and optimise future marketing initiatives.
- Support lead generation strategies aligned with sales and sponsorship objectives.
- Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, PR, partnerships, and content.
- Drive visitor acquisition, delegate registrations, and exhibitor engagement.
- Partner with Exhibition Directors and cross-functional teams to deliver commercial growth.

Requirements:

- 6-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within events, exhibitions, media, or technology sector
- Must speak Italina
- Proven expertise in event promotion, campaign management, and brand building
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationship
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadline.

Salary range ITL 10K to 11.5K + benefits. If you have a proven track record in marketing for exhibitions and large scale events in the Technology sector, we'd like to hear from you.
