Société Générale Italy is seeking an M&A; Director to originate, lead, and execute complex M&A; and Private Equity transactions across buy-side and sell-side mandates. You will manage due diligence, financial analysis, valuation, and negotiation, while coordinating internal teams and supervising junior bankers.

You will also advise corporates and private equity sponsors on strategic opportunities, integrate ESG considerations into origination strategy, and ensure strict regulatory and risk
