BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ANALYST – Early Stage Join to apply for the BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ANALYST – Early Stage role at Aims International Italia Società Benefit. The Company is committed to developing its strategies by enhancing skills and creating impactful roles. In this phase of business growth, the Corporate Strategy & Finance Department is looking for the position outlined below.

Key responsibilities Identifying key targets: Companies, Products, Assets.

Focusing on internal and external stakeholders' network (building, expanding, consolidating, updating).

Maintaining and regularly updating BD mapping and related platforms/tools.

Supporting business case preparation: Economics / PPT, termsheets/contracts understanding.

Supporting project & team management: project planning/management, data room management (IN/OUT), due diligence management/coordination (IN/OUT).

Qualifications Master's Degree in Economics or Engineering.

Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.





3-5 years of related experience in the Pharma Business or Consulting with direct exposure to financial processes, budgeting, planning/forecasting within the pharmaceutical sector.

Deep understanding of the Pharma/BioTech competitive arena and evolving market scenarios (competitive landscape, market & pipeline).

Ability to understand and actively contribute to the management of a Business Case.

Ability to conduct research, analyze data, market trends, and competitor behaviors.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Leadership & Human Skills Strong ability to balance strategic and analytical skills with relentless drive on execution.

Ability to prioritize and apply critical reasoning.

Significant interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and "can‐do" attitude.

Ability to build and maximize relationships/networking with cross‐functional internal and strategic external stakeholders.

Location: Rome Work arrangement Lavoro da remoto eligible.
