Park Hyatt Milano is seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to oversee daily spa operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and outstanding guest experiences in our luxury Milan hotel.

The role combines operational, supervisory, and technical duties, including managing schedules, coordinating therapists, and supporting recruitment and staff development. A Beautician/esthetician qualification and Technical Director certification are preferred, with 2–4 years in a hotel spa setting.
