You will stay hands-on on the floor, support VIP requests, and align with Reschio's standards of elegance and hospitality. You will supervise and train staff, manage schedules, and ensure smooth operations across restaurant, bar, and kitchen in a collaborative, high-performance environment. Fluent English and Italian are required.
