Rome is seeking a Director of Groups & MICE to lead the hotel's group bookings, meetings, incentives, conferences, and events.

This role reports to the Director of Sales and focuses on developing bespoke experiences for high-profile clients while driving revenue growth for luxury groups. You will supervise MICE strategy, client relationships, budgeting, and coordination with sales, catering, and operations to ensure flawless events, adherence to brand standards, and outstanding service
