Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina, a premier luxury alpine resort, seeks a Front Office Manager to lead pre-opening and daily operations. You will oversee guest arrivals, optimize the guest journey and coach a high-calibre Front Office team to uphold MO standards.

The role requires at least five years in Front Office, with two years in a managerial capacity at luxury properties, and fluency in English. Italian language is a plus.
