Experteer Overview In this role you will help build a transparent, ethical supply chain for luxury goods. You will work within Kering’s Supply Chain Audit Department in Italy to assess risks and ensure compliance with international standards and the Kering Code of Ethics. You’ll audit Italian suppliers, document irregularities, and verify corrective actions with a collaborative, data-driven approach.

Your analyses will inform risk management and supplier improvements across Kering Houses. This position offers meaningful impact in shaping social and environmental governance at a leading luxury group.Retribuzione / Benefits

- Ensure compliance with international standards and the Kering Code of Ethics
- Conduct audits in Italy, assess risks, document irregularities per risk policy, and communicate results to suppliers
- Manage audit documentation and track corrective actions by suppliers
- Support external audit team with technical review and finalization of audit reports




- Identify risk areas and provide follow-up on irregularities to Kering Houses
- Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret risk patterns in data sets

Responsabilità
- Master’s degree in engineering or socio-economic areas
- Experience in social and environmental audits
- Understanding of supply chain processes and manufacturing sector (plus)
- Strong knowledge of SA8000 and Italian Labor Law and Health & Safety legislation
- Analytical problem solver and team player with good communication
- Microsoft Office expert
- Driving license and willingness to travel frequently
- Fluent in Italian and English;

Chinese is a plus

Requisiti fondamentali
- Indicative starting compensation: 30K
