Junior Sales & Trading Assistant – Vegetable Oils

Company Description Umbria Olii International S.p.A. is a recognized leader in the vegetable oil processing industry with a strong focus on olive oil.

The company operates across four main areas: bulk transformation and trading of vegetable oils, private label production for third parties, stock and storage services, and sales and trading of by-products from refining processes.

This is a hybrid role combining sales, production coordination and trading support .

The successful candidate will work closely with customers, packaging suppliers, production, logistics and quality teams.

Main Responsabilities:

1. Develop sales opportunities and manage relationships with international customers.
2. Coordinate with our purchasing team and with suppliers of packaging and bulk delivery solutions, including tins, labels, cartons, IBCs and flexitanks etc.
3. Follow customer orders from the initial quotation through production and final delivery
4. Monitor costs,



lead times and availability to ensure commercially viable offers.

Candidate profile:

- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Commercial mindset, accuracy and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers and internal departments.
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Proactive, practical and solution-oriented approach
- Attention to details

Location: Campello Sul Clitunno, PG - Umbria , Italy Experience in vegetable oils, food commodities, industrial packaging or international logistics will be considered a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, International Trade, Management Engineering or a related field is preferred but not required.
