We are seeking a professional with 1 year of experience in recruitment consultancy or a similar role . At our recruitment and training consultancy, we collaborate with various brands in the Retail, FMCG, Luxury, Premium, and High Premium sectors across Europe , with offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, and Munich .
Screen and evaluate CVs for both junior and senior positions in Dach Area and international markets. Manage applications and conduct interviews proactively to achieve recruitment goals. Oversee the full recruitment process, ensuring continuous coordination with our sales team.
Participate in additional projects to improve internal processes at Luxe Talent.
