The Role The selected candidate will join the marketing team for the Kilian Paris and Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle brands, supporting the team and corporate functions in the implementation of marketing activities, market and competitor analysis, as well as in day-to-day operational management.Key Performance Areas

- Market and competitor analysis, both qualitative and quantitative
- Analysis of sell-in data and brand KPIs across direct channels
- Support in preparing content and data for meetings (sales meetings and agent canvasses)
- Support to the PM in defining forecasts for key initiatives
- Monitoring the performance of new product launches
- Support in the planning and implementation of the brand’s social and digital activities
- Support for CRM activations,



including newsletter creation and KPI monitoring
- Support to the team in the execution of animations, events, and visibility materials for the brands’ boutiques

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics and/or Marketing
- Strong analytical and data skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently in managing tasks
