MatchaTalent seeks a Country Manager for Italy to lead the residential energy storage business through distributor channels and key customers. You will identify partners, drive market development, and negotiate contracts, while coordinating with HQ in Mandarin.

You will build and manage a robust distributor network across Italy, expand market coverage, and drive long-term revenue growth for ESS products. Based in Italy with home-based work and travel as required.
