Stay updated on the latest Miele product innovations and features to provide precise, value-added support Requirements Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role

Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece

Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably within the consumer electronics industry
