IT Support Analyst - Permanent - Milan, Italy A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Analyst to join our Milan based global law firm on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver first and second-line IT support, managing incidents and service requests through to resolution in line with SLAs.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software and application issues, carrying out root cause analysis and escalating where required.

- Support and maintain Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, laptops, printers, smartphones and other end-user devices.

- Configure, deploy, replace and track IT equipment, ensuring asset records remain accurate.

- Support virtual meetings and presentations, resolving technical issues as needed.

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing clear communication and managing expectations throughout support requests.

- Promote effective use of IT systems and provide basic user training where required.

- Maintain knowledge base documentation and contribute to service improvements.

- Manage local IT stock and assist the wider European Service Desk team.





- Travel to other European offices when required.

Key Experience

- At least 2 years' experience in an IT support role within a legal or professional services environment.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical issues independently.

- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (including Outlook and Word), PC hardware and software.

- Experience configuring and supporting end-user devices and IT equipment.

- Knowledge of Document Management Systems, ideally iManage.

- Understanding of software deployment and ITIL principles.

- Exposure to InterAction and Intapp is advantageous.

- Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken.

- Excellent customer service, communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.

- Able to prioritise workloads, work independently and collaboratively, and remain effective in a fast-paced environment.
