IT End User Specialist - Schedule Visits Only (It's not full-time role)

Contract Duraion: 1 Year

Job Model : Schedule visits only. You will provide onsite support whenever the primary engineer is on leave.)

Key Responsbilities:

- OS Deployment, Imaging & Re-imaging
- SCCM Administration & Device Deployment
- Microsoft Intune Device Management
- Active Directory User & Group Management, Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
- Microsoft 365 Support & Administration
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Configuration & Support
- Single Sign-On (SSO) Administration & Troubleshooting
- Incident & Service Request Management using ServiceNow
- Desktop, Laptop & Peripheral Break/Fix Support
- Hardware Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting
- Software Installation, Updates & Patch Management
- End-User Technical Support and Issue Resolution
- Coordinate with Remote Support Teams when required

Key Requirements:





- Experience with Windows OS Deployment, Imaging & Re-imaging
- Hands-on experience with SCCM and Microsoft Intune
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and GPOs
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365
- Experience with MFA and SSO
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to provide professional onsite support independently.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: €180.00 - €200.00 per day
