INTERIOR PROJECT MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage marine interior fit-out projects from planning through to completion
- Coordinate design, procurement, production and installation teams to ensure project success
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers and key stakeholders
- Monitor project schedules, budgets and resource allocation
- Manage project risks, variations and commercial performance
- Ensure all work complies with quality, safety and contractual requirements
- Lead site meetings and provide regular progress updates throughout the project lifecycle

IDEAL CANDIDATE

- 5+ years' experience managing marine interior, cruise, superyacht or high-end fit-out projects
- Strong understanding of interior outfitting, refurbishment and shipyard operations
- Experience delivering projects within budget and to demanding client specifications
- Excellent leadership, planning and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness with experience managing project costs and change orders
- Willingness to travel as required to project sites
- Fluent English is essential
