Copeland is seeking a commercially driven Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with major HVAC OEMs in Europe. You will work with procurement leaders and engineers to deliver compressor and controls solutions, balancing revenue growth with profitability.

The role requires 3+ years in OEM account management, fluency in Italian and English, and strong negotiation skills. Travel to customer locations is expected as part of the role.
