Hitachi Energy Italy S.p.A. is seeking an HR Generalist to support diverse HR operations in our Italian location. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll liaison, performance management, and policy development.

The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and solid knowledge of Excel. English B2 and Italian language are mandatory, and prior Workday experience is a plus.
