HR Director/Senior Manager – Bologna, Italy based

Lead the design and rollout of a comprehensive HR strategy for Italy and the EU, aligned with the global vision and local market needs. Build and scale HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and engagement initiatives. Partner with leadership to forecast talent needs and create workforce plans, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Serve as a cultural bridge between US HQ and European teams and coach managers on leadership and employee relations. This role drives cross-border alignment, compliance,



and people development to enable business objectives.

Develop and implement the HR strategy for Italy and EU in line with global objectives

Scale HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement)

Collaborate with leadership to identify talent requirements xlwpduy and create workforce plans

Ensure compliance with Italian and EU labour laws and employment regulations

Act as cultural bridge between US HQ and European teams to drive alignment

Coach and guide managers on leadership, team development, and employee relations
