Nicholson Search and Selection is partnering with a Climate Tech scale-up seeking a Head of Sales based in Milan or Turin. You will architect and scale the enterprise sales function, lead high-value negotiations with C-level stakeholders, and drive revenue growth across Italy and Europe.

The role requires a proven B2B SaaS sales leader with a strong track record in data analytics, geospatial, risk tech, or insurtech environments, and fluency in Italian with English working proficiency.
