Nicholson Search and Selection partners with a climate tech scale-up in Italy to recruit a Head of Sales based in Milan or Turin. You will work directly with the CEO to build, structure, and scale the commercial organization, driving revenue expansion across Italy and broader European markets.

In this role you will lead enterprise hunting and closing of high-ACV deals, manage a high-performing sales team, and align product development with market needs while leveraging regulatory opportunities
