Eight Sleep is seeking a Growth Engineer to join our Brand and Growth team in Milan. You will focus on the eightsleep.com storefront, shipping landing pages and running high-velocity experiments to improve conversion funnels for our global customer base.

You will develop landing pages with responsive components, manage A/B tests, and create scalable systems to deploy new content while overseeing analytics and privacy‐compliant tracking.
