Your role at KIKO MILANO
We are looking for a Graphic Designer Intern to join KIKO MILANO’s Graphic Team, reporting to the Design Manager and the Head of Creative.This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a global beauty brand, supporting the development of graphic assets across multiple brand touchpoints and learning from experienced designers in a fast-paced retail environment.The role will support the creation of visual materials in line with KIKO MILANO’s visual identity, collaborating with senior designers, internal teams, and external partners.
In particular, you will:
- Support the development of creative layouts and graphic assets for print and digital channels, including POP materials, promotional campaigns, collection campaigns, product launches, and communication materials.
- Assist designers in adapting and preparing visual materials (flyers, ADV, digital assets, printed materials, and other communication tools) while ensuring consistency with KIKO MILANO’s brand guidelines.
- Support the creation of graphic materials for PR events, corporate initiatives, and international markets, including both digital and print-ready assets.
- Contribute to the development and update of corporate assets, such as guidelines, brand books, and stationery materials, under the guidance of the Creative Team.
- Support the preparation of final artwork files, ensuring accuracy and quality standards, while learning technical aspects related to print production and digital formats.
- Assist with colour proof reviews and collaborate with designers and suppliers to understand production processes and ensure consistency with brand standards.
- Organize and maintain design files and project documentation, ensuring efficient workflow management.
What you will need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design / visual communication.
- Good creative sensitivity with an eye for detail.
- Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
- Utmost attention to color and art direction.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a good understanding of retail and trends.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, MacOS, presentation software.
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
