WHAT YOU WILL LEARN As part of your journey and under the guidance of your dedicated tutor, you will:
- Develop and apply quantitative analysis to design, monitor, and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives
- Support the commercial team by helping them understand and implement marketing levers, with the aim of maximizing impact and business results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure the successful execution of promotional activities.
- Use digital tools to manage data and extract meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making and prepare detailed presentations for management.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Degree: preferably in Business, Marketing, Management Engineering, or related fields.
- Language: fluent Italian and good knowledge of spoken and written English.
- Technical/Specific Skills: excellent knowledge of Office package, particularly Excel.
- Soft Skills: initiative, analytical and organizational skills, teamwork orientation, and strong communication and relational abilities. Passion for automotive industry would be a plus.
