About The Opportunity Are you passionate about sales, digital marketing, and helping businesses grow? Join a dynamic international team in Barcelona as a German Digital Marketing Client Success Manager. You will work closely with German‐speaking clients to optimize their online advertising strategies and drive measurable business results, acting as a trusted advisor, maximizing the value of their digital advertising investments, contributing to revenue growth, and expanding the client portfolio across EMEA.
Location & Start Date Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid) Start Date: July & August 2026 Relocation Package: Included Key Responsibilities Develop and implement customized digital advertising strategies aligned with client objectives.
Analyze campaign performance and provide data‐driven recommendations to improve ROI and overall results.
Build and nurture strong client relationships through phone, video conferencing, and email communication.
Identify growth opportunities and support clients in achieving their advertising goals.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For Fluent German (C1 level or higher) with strong English communication skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Previous experience in digital advertising, PPC, sales, or account management (6–12 months preferred).
Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and communication abilities.
Customer‐focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
Genuine interest in sales, marketing, and digital technologies.
Valid authorization to work in Spain.
Compensation &
Benefits Competitive annual salary between €24,310 and €30,000, depending on experience.
Performance‐based premio of up to €3,000–€4,290 annually.
