We're looking for a

Freelance Healthcare Recruitment Specialist

, supporting the placement of healthcare professionals across Europe.

Responsibilities

- Source, screen and engage qualified healthcare professionals (nurses, doctors and allied health professionals).

- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to candidate submission.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare talent.

- Work closely with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets and client requirements.

Requirements

- Previous experience recruiting healthcare professionals.

- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards and other recruitment platforms.

- English level C1 or above (written and spoken).

- Based in Italy.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Proactive, organised and results-oriented.
