This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and an interest in service performance and financial control.Key Responsibilities Monitor service KPIs (e.G., repair times, first-time fix rate, service costs) Analyze service performance and identify areas for improvement Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities for the Service department* Prepare regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders* Collaborate with field service teams, call centers,
and external service partners* Ensure data accuracy in service management systems* Assist in optimizing service processes and workflows* Support procurement and spare parts cost analysisWhat you need to succeedMust haveEducation:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field*Professional experience:
- 3+ years of experience in controlling, service operations, or similar roles*Language:
- Excellent communication skills both in Italian and in English, spoken and written*Technical & Soft Skills Strong analytical and numerical skills* Proficiency in Excel;
knowledge of ERP/BI tools is a plus* Good organizational and problem-solving skills* Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectivelyEmployment Type: Permanent Contract;
