? Hiring: Site Operation Lead (GxP / Pharmaceutical IT) – Tempo pieno | L’Aquila, Italy ??

We are looking for an experienced Site Operation Lead to support a critical pharmaceutical manufacturing and research environment at the Aquila site in L’Aquila, Italy.

This is a full-time, on-site role (5 days/week) supporting GxP-regulated IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate MUST have prior experience working in the pharmaceutical / life sciences industry.

? Location: L’Aquila, Italy

? Start Date: ASAP

? Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

? Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for IT, Quality Assurance, and Facilities
- Oversee GxP change management (EU GMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5)
- Participate in CAB meetings & governance forums
- Coordinate maintenance & infrastructure activities with minimal disruption
- Lead incident management & escalation for GxP systems
- Maintain asset & configuration management for site infrastructure
- Support audits,



inspections & regulatory compliance

? Requirements:
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical / GxP-regulated environments (MANDATORY)
- Strong knowledge of EU GMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5
- Experience managing on-site IT infrastructure in manufacturing/lab environments
- Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
- Ability to work full-time on-site and support critical activities
