Field Network Technician

We're looking for a skilled field technician for an immediate onsite intervention in San Piero a Grado, Pisa, Italy.

- Issue: Keyboard failure
- Task: Verify the reported issue, replace the TOP Cover with Keyboard (replacement part already shipped to site), perform full functionality testing, and dispose of the defective unit.
- Documentation: Verify and record the serial number (SN) on the service report (SVR) and provide it to the customer.

Availability: Any day this week | Working hours: 08:00 – 15:00
