SC Johnson Italy is seeking a Field HR intern to support general HR processes and projects for the country group. You will manage day-to-day HR tasks with full visibility in a matrix organization and contribute to onboarding, trainings, and employee development.

The role offers hybrid work in Arese/Milan, exposure to cross-functional HR initiatives, and collaboration with the EMEA Center of Expertise. You must be a student or recent graduate with HR focus and fluent in Italian and English.
