Sales Manager – Italy Region (Feed, Food Engineering & Smart Equipment)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand FAMSUN’s business in Italy across feed engineering, food engineering, and smart equipment sectors. Identify potential customer needs, formulate targeted business development strategies, and achieve regional sales targets and performance objectives.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers in Italy through regular visits and communication. Monitor contract execution, support project delivery, facilitate accounts receivable collection, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, and foster long-term partnerships.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence, industry trends, regulatory developments, competitor activities, and customer feedback in the Italy market. Share insights with relevant internal departments to support product optimization, R&D; improvements, and regional marketing strategy development.
- Manage the entire sales process, including business negotiations, tender participation, contract discussions, and contract execution.
Ensure compliance and risk control while coordinating internal resources such as engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure successful project implementation.
- Participate in the planning and execution of industry exhibitions, product promotion events, and other marketing activities in Italy. Build and strengthen regional sales channels and enhance FAMSUN’s brand awareness and market presence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience. Previous experience in B2B sales, feed engineering, food processing equipment, industrial machinery, or smart equipment industries is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the European business environment, industry practices, and relevant regulations. Familiarity with the feed engineering, food engineering, or industrial equipment sectors is preferred. Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities and understand customer requirements.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
