You will join a collaborative and supportive team that values knowledge sharing, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement. Your contribution will help customers successfully adopt and use IGE‑XAO/ETAPCAD‑CAE software solutions. If you enjoy working closely with people, delivering high‑quality training, and being part of a dynamic technical environment, this role is an excellent fit.

Deliver technical training sessions on IGE‑XAO/ETAPelectrical CAD‑CAE software to customers and partners. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users via email, phone, and remote assistance. Prepare training materials, documentation, and updated learning resources.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and contribute to product improvement feedback. Assist in pre‑sales activities when required by demonstrating software capabilities. Technical background in electrical engineering, automation, industrial design, or related fields.

Experience with CAD/CAE tools for electrical design. Willingness to work on‑site tempo pieno in Bergamo. Good command of the English language, both written and spoken. Curiosity for learning new technologies and commitment to continuous improvement. Reliability, trustworthiness, and a proactive approach in supporting customers and colleagues.
