Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Multilingual Expertise: Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, providing friendly, effective, and professional support via phone, email, and chat.
- Problem Solver: Efficiently resolve customer issues, provide accurate information, and troubleshoot product/service inquiries across multiple industry platforms.
- Brand Advocate: Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction, building positive relationships that reflect positively on our international clients.
- Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and solutions using our CRM and internal systems.

Minimum Requirements:
- Language Skills:
- Italian: C1/C2 level (fluent/native-level written and verbal communication).
- English: B2 level or higher (working proficiency, written and verbal communication).
- Citizenship: Valid EU Citizenship (required for smooth employment).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, a customer-first mindset, and effective problem-solving abilities.
