Experteer OverviewIn this Deputy Chief Medical Officer role, you provide medical oversight and strategic leadership for clinical development across the company’s portfolio. You will help shape study designs, regulatory submissions, and safety oversight while coordinating with regulatory bodies and clinical partners. You’ll drive data‑driven decisions to advance candidates from preclinical stages to pivotal trials and beyond.

This is a science‑driven, collaborative position that anchors Philogen’s mission to deliver targeted therapeutics.

- Support and shape strategic plans for the product portfolio to guide development programs
- Assist in designing study protocols, medical reports, statistical analysis plans, and regulatory submissions




- Oversee pharmacovigilance and patient safety to ensure global regulatory compliance
- Interpret emerging study data to inform development strategies
- Coordinate with regulatory and project management teams to engage health authorities and clinical centers
- Represent Philogen in external partner relationships xlwpduy and collaborations
- Coordinate Medical and Biostatistics teams

Responsabilità
- Degree in Medicine (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical development in a pharmaceutical company
- Biostatistical knowledge in the context of clinical trials
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
