Well versed with Physical DC Infra and different OS or devices like Servers/Networks/Firewall/Storage etc.
Location - Bologna, Corbetta and Veneria
Language- Italian and English compulsory
Onsite role
Experience required are mentioned below :
- Hypervisors: VMWARE, Hyper-V and Azure HyperStack for future projects
- Server Windows: (2012 R2, 2016, 2019)
- Database: MS SQL, MySQL
- DataStore: HP Storeonce, HP StoreEasy
- Veeam Backup system
- Access Point: Cisco (Fortinet under evaluation)
- collect business requests, prepare ticket
- coordinate activity between outsourcer and HW suppliers
- monitor the delivery and the service level of the outsourcer
- attend P0/P1 war rooms and evaluate RCAs
- guarantee the quality of the asset management
- act as interface between outsourcer and end users support
