Kosmo checks live availability and turns conversations into direct bookings - 24/7, in any language, without OTA commissions. We're growing fast and looking for an Italian- and German-speaking Customer Success Manager. Keep reading!

Responsibilities

- Manage onboarding calls with new customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Perform quality checks on our products
- Handle first-level support requests
- Manage demo calls with potential customers
- Identify and reach out to potential customers
- Carry out cold outreach and prospecting activities
- Take on additional responsibilities based on your skills and interests

Requirements

Key Requirements

- Professional proficiency in German
- Professional proficiency in Italian
- Professional proficiency in English
- Experience in customer success, sales experience is a plus
- Knowledge of and experience in the hospitality industry




- Interest in artificial intelligence and experience using it
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience using CRM or customer management tools

- Proactive approach to solving problems and suggesting improvements
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
- Strong xrdztoy customer focus and ability to build solid relationships
