We are looking for a Customer Engineer UPS/AC Power to join our team in Catania, Sicily, Italy.Responsibilities Maintenance and commissioning of UPS systems and battery systems at the customer's site.Testing of system parameters and processes, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and repair of malfunctions.Documentation and realization of assignments on time and on target.Usage of all necessary tools within the VERTIV policies.Emergency standby within the region.Qualifications Technical Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.Experience working in a technical service or test environment of AC Power equipment essential.Computer literate (Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook).Previous field service experience essential.Excellent customer service skills.Strong communication skills.Self‐starter, ability to plan, organise and manage time effectively, and work under pressure.Clean valid driving licence.If you are the person we are looking for, feel free to apply and let's start drafting your future career in a healthy and growing environment.
